This series of Non-Standard aluminium precision CNC Turning parts is made of aluminum 6061 7075. These components are machined by 5 axis CNC. The selection of 3 axis, 4 axis or 5 axis depends on geometry and precision requirement of the work piece. For the irregular shape with Oblique plane and oblique hole, we usually use 5 axis because they could reach any dead corner of 360 degree.
